David Hicks attorney to give public lecture

The Foreign Attorney Consultant for Guantanamo Bay prisoner David Hicks will give a free public lecture at the University of ÐÂÀ˲ÊƱ today.

South Australian lawyer David McLeod is the Australian / United States appointed Foreign Attorney Consultant for alleged terrorist David Hicks before the US Military Commissions at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

He is giving a seminar on this role, organised by the South Australian branch of the Australian Institute of International Affairs and the University of ÐÂÀ˲ÊƱ's Discipline of Politics.

The seminar will be held at 4pm on Wednesday, 21 June in the Napier Lecture Theatre 102, First Floor of the Napier Building, University of ÐÂÀ˲ÊƱ, North Terrace. All are welcome.
