Professor James McWha, Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ±, today announced the appointment of as Pro Vice-Chancellor (International).
Professor Anderson, who is currently Director of the School of Culture, History and Language at the Australian National University, will commence in the position in February 2012 following the retirement of Professor John Taplin.

Professor McWha said that Professor Anderson is highly respected as a bold and innovative leader with a passion for internationalisation in the higher education sector.

"We are delighted to welcome Professor Anderson to ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ± to lead the University's international agenda.
