Uni position for former Thinker-in-Residence

Former ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ± Professor Göran Roos is joining the University of ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ± to help the development of research and education promoting innovation in the business and manufacturing sector.
Professor Roos has been appointed Adjunct Professor with the University's (ECIC) and will Chair the Centre's external advisory board and help build ECIC's research profile and engagement with industry and community.
Professor Roos was invited to ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ± last year as the 20th Thinker-in-Residence to help the State Government create a vision and strategy for a renewed manufacturing sector for South Australia.
Acting Director of ECIC Dr Allan O'Connor said Professor Roos had a very successful residency and had undertaken substantial work with the State's universities and South Australian businesses.
"Professor Roos has an outstanding record in the development of the field of Intellectual Capital and advising governments and business sectors on innovation systems. We are very fortunate to receive the benefit of his expertise and knowledge to help develop our contribution to entrepreneurship and innovation through research and education," Dr O'Connor said
