Young women in STEM

Join us in encouraging women to pursue careers in the growing fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. We are seeking postgraduate students and academics to be mentors for the career skills workshops, and network with students to pursue a career in STEM. Lumen Bar is back for another year, this time with a 1970s retro theme. Falling Walls Lab ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ±

In just three minutes, participants will present their research, business model or innovative idea to try to convince a jury of solutions to some of the most pressing challenges of our time. The winners will have their travel to Canberra covered to make their pitch on the national stage. The Australian winner will then travel to Berlin for the Global Finale. Wednesday 30 July, 2–4 pm.
