In this talk, Professor Hall will explore the role of probiotics in supporting microbiome development in preterm infants, highlighting evidence from their studies showing significant reductions in necrotising enterocolitis, sepsis, and overall morbidity following supplementation with beneficialÌýBifidobacteriumÌýstrains.
