To promote consistent practice and to expedite approvals, proponents are requested to use the prescribed forms listed below.

Important: To support transition to ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ± University only essential changes to programs can be considered in 2025.

Essential changes are those

  • to correct an error or problem that will cause disadvantage to a student
  • required to respond to Professional AccreditationÌýactions/concerns
  • to inactivate academic programs that will not be transitioned to ÐÂÀË²ÊÆ± University

Note: In late 2024, theÌýGrowth and Diversification Steering Committee (GDSC), was inactivated.ÌýProposals that previously were referred to this committee are now referred to the Executive Dean of the relevant faculty/faculties.

Stage 1.

For new programs only. Prior to developing a Business Case, the concept proposal is required to be completed and submitted to the Executive Dean of the relevant academic faculty.Ìý

New Program Development for implementation in 2026 will require approval through .

Stage 2.

  • A Business Case must be completed for new programs (a Concept Proposal needs to be endorsed by the Executive Dean of the relevant academic facultyÌýbefore commencing a Business Case); and
  • For major revisions (excluding proposals to change entry requirements only). To help determine whether a program revision is classified as major, refer to the .
